A Belgian refractory specialist since 1988.

More than 35 years of expertise

Founded in 1988, EMUREF is a Belgian specialist in technical coatings for the steel and foundry industries. Over the years its know-how has been trusted by major industrial groups around the world, and its coatings cut production and maintenance costs across industrial installations.

EMUREF designs, manufactures and installs its own spraying equipment — automated and connected to its control centre — produces the coatings in-house, and reinvests 10% of profits in R&D, on its own and with research centres such as the CRIBC.
