Automatic or semi- automatic coating stations
The application stations of our HT products vary in size and sophistication, depending on the customer's processes, while remaining as simple as possible to ensure its reliability in time. They are automated to the maximum in order to require minimum human intervention, especially in dangerous places, so, depending on the operational process either installation will be chosen.
Adjustable solutions
Each preparation aiming to a particular need, the pH as well as the density and viscosity of our emulsions are also adjustable. Our formulations are always adapted to the peculiarity of each site and we can offer you and pH varying from 6 to 12, and an adjustable density of 1.4 to 1.7 as required.
Description
When the equipment to treat has been cleaned, the coating can be applied. Thus, the anti-stick coating will take full effect, and steel, stainless-steel, cast iron, and other various projections ... will not be able to hang easily on the support. If most of the time, everything comes off by itself under its own weight, it is possible that the intervention of the maintenance team has to intervene, but his task will already be much easier and reduces work time
